UN Women have declared that reaching the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 requires 50/50 partnership of men and women at every decision-making table. Beyond diversity numbers, differences working effectively together, valuing different competencies results in increased "collective intelligence," innovation, productivity, retention and promotion, entrepreneurship and bottom-line results. To value the full "Brilliance of Women" contributing to this new future for humanity, it is essential to articulate--to "Call out"--women's relational competencies that can make a huge contribution but have remained invisible, unarticulated, undervalued and often misinterpreted as "not competent" because they don't match traditional individualistic competency. "Fire Preventor" does not look like "Fire Fighter". Long-range strategic systems thinking is more complex and takes more time to fully implement than attacking the highest priority fire and taking on other fires that happen as a result. The workshop will introduce a constellation of relational competencies. You will discover the number one relational competency that has made the biggest difference for calling out the brilliance of women and for men and women working together. You will have new confidence in your ability to be a catalyst for dynamic partnership and accelerating innovative women to change the world.
