"I would like to talk about my coming out journey, how it accidentally happened, how it helped my career (if it did), and how accidentally leading an ERG helped myself and others, more specifically, how my work life changed significantly. Starting at AMD, I never thought it would be a company where I could bring my whole self. It’s a story that anyone from the LGBTQ+ community would know so well. I will also show graphs of how our ERG is helping AMD's retention and hiring practices improve. I will talk about leading our LGBTQ site and how it helped me to gain leadership skills and forge new friendships with colleagues."
