While we are all working to build products at work, there is another key aspect we are building - our careers. Our careers are analogous to the products we make. However, in most cases we view our career emotionally, take it as it comes and above all have a hard time viewing it objectively. In order to build our careers and scale effectively, it is imperative that we strategically plan for our careers as we do with our products."
