 Study after study from the past year indicates a COVID-fueled exodus from the workforce, with women leaving the workforce at a rate 4x that of men at times. In this session, R&D exec Julie Setser offers hope and solutions, drawn from her own experience in re-entering the workforce without compromising hard-earned professional experience and diving into meaningful work from day one.
