2022 IEEE Honors Ceremony Gala

The 2022 IEEE Vision, Innovation, and Challenges Summit (IEEE VIC Summit) & Honors Ceremony will be held at the San Diego Marriott Marina on Friday, 6 May 2022.
The IEEE VIC Summit and Ceremony – IEEE’s premier event that highlights the innovation and creativity of engineering, science, and technology through provocative, educational, and inspiring talks with a vision for the future. In 2022, you will hear from experts discuss the impacts of technology in the areas of digital twins/smart cities, cloud computing, encryption/security, machine learning, aerospace technology, metaverse, and more.
During the evening celebration at the Honors Ceremony, hosted by IEEE President, K.J. Ray Liu, we will recognize renowned icons whose work has served as a catalyst and propelled the major advances we have today. There will be two by IEEE Spectrum Awards presented as well: IEEE Spectrum in Service to Society Award will be presented to SunCulture and the IEEE Spectrum Emerging Technology Award will be presented to NASA JPL.
